 I spotted this erget at Bukit Timah. A nice shade once a while is what every living thing would want.

Through the Tinted Window

I was doing External Examiner work and saw through the window another institution where I also do a lot of work. The tinted glass and the overhead cloud makes this an interesting view, in my opinion.

Dusk at Upper Pierce Reservoir

This is the view of Upper Pierce Reservoir at dusk in early March. I think we spent too much time in shopping malls. I had brought my wife and son here to experience a bit of nature. The monkeys were also among the trees.

At this point in time, some of my students are really panicking for their submission in less than 36 hours away. Instead of working in a group as per requirements, they work as individuals.The advice given after cord to pull for help - work together!

Vegetarian Bee Hoon

To me, this is one of the best that I have tasted. I first tasted it when my maternal grandmother bought it when she came visiting. Sometimes, I think about her when I eat this.

As for the coffee, I finally figured out that I asked for a small cup and get it served on a retro cup.

There is also a message on the table to keep the table clean.

Fantastic presentation that can only be expereienced at a hawker centre. Makes eating fun.

The last day of operation was 28 Feb 2013. There was a pretty long que. I was concerend that they ran out of bee hood and the crispy stuff. Lucikly, more was being cooked in the background.  The store was moving to Taman Jurong's level 3 for now. I hope to catch it there.

This ground floor used to be an NTUC, Art Friend, Food Court and perhaps a few more when I visited my IP lawyers upstarts. Now, it will have a new role shortly.
