Diet Change

The health authorities here are advocating the consumption of brown rice instead of white rice to prevent the onset of diabetes. I have to change the family eating habits, slowly.

The recent weather has been bright sunshine and then sudden downpour. I am wondering the economic outlook for the second half of the year.

York Summer

I had arrived shortly after the Brexit Referendum. It was a 13 hours flight, followed by another 2 hours train. I think it was nearly 20 hours before I had gotten around and started to wonder in the historical city of York, the second most visited city after London.  Life was proceeding as usual.
