It seems that everyone is reflecting on the surprises that 2016 threw up. The "stable" has now become "unstable". And every seems to be bracing for a challenging 2017 ahead. It is likewise for me. There will be new norms, new things to learn and new mindset is needed for this journey ahead. Keep calm and carry on.
