The Making of the Jewel

I was flying out of Changi T2 and saw that the Jewel was nearing completion. It does have a certain resemblance to the other "Durian" found in the middle of town. Maybe it is easier to design and build with triangles.  Once completed, the Changi Jewel is supposing going to be a shopping and food paradise for both tourists and local residents.

It has been raining heavily since the winter solstice. Hardly a day goes by in January 2018 without the rain. And then, there are the clouds. Not just the grey or dark looking ones; there are also white clouds filling up in the sky.
