Not Ready or Not To be Used

It is one of those touch and go scanners. It is present but it is not supposed to work. I wonder why.

This type of playground was usually found in the developed countries when I was growing up. It is type that I would read in books or seen on TV. How times and money changed all these. With a more affluent society and having the basic needs covered, its time to play.
