The Future is Balancing the Unbalanced

It seems that everyone is reflecting on the surprises that 2016 threw up. The "stable" has now become "unstable". And every seems to be bracing for a challenging 2017 ahead. It is likewise for me. There will be new norms, new things to learn and new mindset is needed for this journey ahead. Keep calm and carry on.

I saw this noise shield at the Institute of Adult Learning; preventing noise from an upgrade at the rooftop. The planners are probably hoping that the quiet noise will mean better business in 2017. Noise can also be a money maker in every sense of the words.
